Q: Is my donation secure?

Yes. Your security and privacy is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL technology to keep your information safe and secure.

Q: How is my personal data handled?

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and also in accordance with the privacy policy of GoFundMe, our website partner.

Q: How does the Readers Club work?

The Readers Club is a monthly donation where members receive a new book each month with additional perks. Each month recurring on the date of signup (example, if you signed up on the 15th of every month, a new book will be sent on the 15th of each month), members are sent a curated title from Catholic Answers Press. Members can also stop their donation at anytime.

Q: What is the cost of joining the Readers Club?

We ask for a minimum donation of $25 per month. This covers the cost of the book, shipping and fulfillment to get the book in your hands. The average cost of our books is $18.95 and flat-rate shipping is $8. All donations greater than the minimum will help change lives as we spread the gospel to reach souls for Christ.

Q: If I give more than $25, do I get more than one book?

No, you will only receive one book. You may sign up as many times as you would like.

Q: Can I skip a month or cancel my membership?

No, you can't skip a month but you can cancel at any time. You can continue your donation and give your monthly book away! Your support helps further the mission of Catholic Answers to explain and defend the Catholic faith.

Q: What types of books are available through the club?

The Book of the Month Club offers a diverse selection of books across Catholic Answers new releases each season as well as from our rich collection of published works. Each month, our team selects a new release or one from our catalog to suit interests and seasonality.

Q: Does Catholic Answers ship internationally for this club?

No, unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally for the Book of the Month Club. However, all the books used in the club are available for purchase at shop.catholic.com (those purchases may be shipped internationally.)

Q: Is this donation tax deductible?

Catholic Answers is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
